 Bead Head PT Nymph

This is my version of the Stuart Croft's Baetis Nymph

Hook:  14-18  DE Wet Fly – the FullingMill Nugget Special Easy Eye Hook (31515) is a good choice for this pattern, the beads go on easy and the eye is large enough to stop the bead from slipping over the eye.

Bead: Small/medium Copper Bead or Copper Tungsten Bead for extra fishing depth - I use the FullingMill Competition Heavyweight hook(31530) with the tungsten bead for extra weight

Thread: Olive/Brown

Tail: Short bunch of Mink Guard Hairs

Rib: Fine copper wire

Body: Wrapped Pheasant tail feather fibres – Natural/Dyed Olive/Yellow/Red
